In late 2018 Trailway purchased the 57-year-old Bowl-A-Drome from its original owner, the oldest continuously owned bowling alley in North America, to keep the bowling spirit alive on the northside of Fredericton. Both fouunders grew up on the northside, sothey knew the significance of the bowling alley within the community, each of them having fond memories of going there as children, youth, and into adulthood. Renovating it and rebranding it as The Drome, they sought to bring in a younger audience and rekindle the love of the sport into the community
